As a guiding and force transmission component for automotive suspension, the control arm transmits wheel force generated to the vehicle frame, ensuring that the wheels follow a specific trajectory. The control arm connects the wheels to the vehicle using flexible ball joints or control arm bushings.
The control arm (including the control arm bushings and ball joints connected with it) must have an excellent performance in rigidity, strength and service life. It must undergo comprehensive testing in order to ensure the endurance, and equip it with ball joints for easy maintenance and a long service life.

100% tooling cost prepaid with order, 30% payment of production paid after sample is approved, balance 70% payment of production is paid before delivery.
