Pick, gear seat and gear sleeve are integrated
As we all know, the pick is an important part installed on the shearer drum and the cutting head of the roadheader. However, if there is no tooth base, the pick cannot be installed. On the shearer, the pick handle is put into the gear sleeve, and then installed into the gear seat together. The tooth seat is welded on the spiral drum of the shearer, so that when the spiral drum is working, the pick can cut coal and rock.
The roadheader is relatively simple. It does not need a tooth sleeve. The pick of u47 or U135 will be installed on the matching tooth seat. The tooth seat of the roadheader is welded on the cutting head of the roadheader. In this way, the pick plays an important role in the front when the roadheader is driving the roadway. But whether it is a shearer or a roadheader, if the pick wants to work normally, it must be placed in the tooth seat. Therefore, the function of the pick seat is extremely critical.
According to the classification of pick, the tooth seat is divided into flat pick seat and conical pick seat.
