The pinion yoke, a part of the transmission system, transfers the power from the driveshaft to the pinion. It is connected to the U-joint at the end of the drive-shaft that allows for the circular motion of the drive-shaft, while the rear differential moves up and down with the suspension. The pinion yoke holds the pinion in place by pressing against it to prevent any backlash from the gear assembly in the differential case.

What is your payment term?
100% tooling cost prepaid with order, 30% payment of production paid after sample is approved, balance 70% payment of production is paid before delivery.
If 3 times samples providing failed,we will return your 100% tooling charge
What is the lead time for a customized order?
For a part in 2 to 7kg,quantity of 5000pcs,the tooling production will take 15 days,and production including forging,machining,heat treatment,finishing,inspection,package will take 30 days.
How to ensure my design and fabrication will be secrecy?
We will sign and comply with any non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement. And we had the strict policy in our factory, anyone can't take the photos for customer's products without permit.
What is your machining accuracy?
Dimensional tolerance can be reached at ±0.01MM; the concentricity of one-time machining is 0.005MM;the parallelism of one-time machining is 0.01MM;unilateral perpendicularity is 0.01.
