Transmission Shifting Fork

Shifting fork is a part of automobile gearbox, which is mainly used for shifting clutch. Connected to the change speed handle, located at the lower end of the handle, rotate the intermediate change wheel to change the input/output speed ratio.The shifting fork is used to control the spline wheel to move left and right on the gearshift shaft. Under normal circumstances, a shifting shift fork can realize the switch of two gears.

1.Can you accept customized orders

Yes, any customized product is available.

2.What is the MOQ for an customized order

Our MOQ for customized forging parts is 500pcs.

3.What is your payment term ?

100% tooling cost prepaid with order, 30% payment of production paid after sample is approved, balance 70% payment of production is paid before delivery.

4.What is the lead time for a customized order?

For a part in 2 to 7kg,quantity of 5000pcs,the tooling production will take 15 days,and production including forging,machining,heat treatment,finishing,inspection,package will take 30 days.

5.How does RMEC do quality control during the whole production process?

To ensure high quality, we have a whole quality control system. For example, except some production equipment, we also have relevant testing facilities to ensure correct chemical composition and mechanical properties. Besides, 1-2pcs sample will also be provided by free to our customer for testing before mass production.
