Why forging?
Forging can refine the grain structure of products. Forging is superior to casting or machining bar stock because the metal’s natural grain flow is made to conform to the shape of the product.

How does RMEC do quality control during the whole production process?
To ensure high quality, we have a whole quality control system. For example, except some production equipment, we also have relevant testing facilities to ensure correct chemical composition and mechanical properties. Besides, 1-2pcs sample will also be provided by free to our customer for testing before mass production.
What is your payment term?
100% tooling cost prepaid with order, 30% payment of production paid after sample is approved, balance 70% payment of production is paid before delivery.
If 3 times samples providing failed,we will return your 100% tooling charge
How soon before I get a sample?
30-35days for tooling and samples for OEM parts, 3-7 days for express.
