Rocker arm is an oscillating lever that conveys radial movement from the cam lobe into linear movement at the poppet valve to open it. One end is raised and lowered by a rotating lobe of the camshaft (either directly or via a tappet (lifter) and pushrod) while the other end acts on the valve stem.

How does RMEC do quality control during the whole production process?
To ensure high quality, we have a whole quality control system. For example, except some production equipment, we also have relevant testing facilities to ensure correct chemical composition and mechanical properties. Besides, 1-2pcs sample will also be provided by free to our customer for testing before mass production.
What is your payment term?
100% tooling cost prepaid with order, 30% payment of production paid after sample is approved, balance 70% payment of production is paid before delivery.
If 3 times samples providing failed,we will return your 100% tooling charge
What's your quality control device in house?
We have spectrometer in house to monitor the chemical property, tensile test machine to control the mechanical property and UT Sonic as NDT checking method to control the forging detect under the surface of forging.
How to ensure my design and fabrication will be secrecy?
We will sign and comply with any non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement. And we had the strict policy in our factory, anyone can't take the photos for customer's products without permit.
