The body is made of 42CrMo wear-resistant material, which is processed by cold and hot pressing die forging technology. The hardness of heat treatment is between 42-44HRC, the hardness should not be too high. Too high hardness will easily cause shank fracture.

The washer is made of hard elastic 65Mo with a diameter of 44mm, which avoids the direct wear of the knife block when the tool head is milling work, and effectively protects the service life of the tooth holder.
